The offices of Allergy & Asthma Consultants of NJ-PA are conveniently located in South Jersey, NJ shore and Montgomery County in Pennsylvania. The offices are equipped for complete diagnosis and treatment of allergies and asthma.
Through a comprehensive evaluation and consultation, we design a treatment plan appropriate for your condition. Our goal is to develop the optimal plan that requires the least intervention to control your allergies and asthma. We see pediatric and adult patients and accept most insurance plans in the Delaware Valley.
In addition, we conduct research studies on Allergies and Asthma.
We provide: Allergy skin testing, Physicians supervised allergy injections, Pulmonary function testing and all relevant patient education materials.

Montgomery County / Collegeville Office is located on route 29 few miles off route 422 in Collegeville.

Staff
The doctors and staff at Allergy & Asthma Consultants strive to provide competent, caring and sensitive care.
Mahendra P. Dadhania, MD, Shailen R. Shah, MD and Adele M. Guernica, DO are all fellowship trained in the specialty of Allergy & Immunology. All doctors are Board Certified by the American Board of Allergy & Immunology. All physicians are experienced and passionate.
Dr. Shah completed his fellowship at Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia. He is Board Certified by American Board of Pediatrics also.
Dr. Dadhania was trained at Albert Einstein College of Medicine, New York in Allergy & Immunology. He is also Board Certified by American Board of Internal medicine.
Dr. Guernica completed her fellowship at Children's hospital in Kansas City and she is Board Certified in Pediatrics also.
